Ania joined Step-by-Step Financial Solution Limited in June 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Her role as an administrator gives her a great sense of satisfaction, as she enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly and that both clients and colleagues feel supported.

Before joining Step-by-Step, Ania spent 9 years working at HSBC Bank a time she remembers as both rewarding and enriching. After the birth of her two sons, she took a career break to focus on raising her children. Now, she is back with fresh energy and a clear goal: to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor. Helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership is something she’s deeply passionate about.

Ania is known for her spontaneous nature and love for staying active. One of her biggest dreams is to travel the world a goal she fully intends to pursue.

Outside of work, Ania is a devoted mum to two amazing boys who fill her free time with joy and adventure. She loves exploring new places, meeting new people, and making the most of every moment.
