Weronika came to UK in 2004 and settled very quickly. New challenges is what motivates her the most. She earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising Management from Southampton Solent University and wrote distinctive dissertation while becoming a mum.

Few years ago she started working as a Protection Adviser and was very successful in her job. She found a lot of satisfaction in helping individuals and families to better understand their personal insurance needs and risks. She has great people skills and always puts the needs of the client first. She is very tactful and attentive to detail. In 2017 Weronika obtained a Mortgage Adviser qualification to widen the service she can offer to her clients.

She recently joined Step by Step Financial Solutions and is very excited and eager about the new opportunity. In her free time she loves travelling and getting to know other cultures and traditions. She is also a big fashion fanatic but her biggest love are her two sons.
