Jolanta Malec has been an integral part of our team since 2018, initially serving as the personal assistant to the owner of Step By Step Financial Solutions and later as the office manager. With her extensive experience and deep understanding of client relations, Jolanta has recently embarked on a new journey as a mortgage and protection advisor.

Her attention to detail and empathetic approach enables her to assist clients in navigating challenges with confidence and a smile. Jolanta is passionate about delivering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
